This allows you to earn the income of a business owner without the complexities and challenges of managing a business. Imagine having all your time dedicated to billable work, rather than losing 30% or more to accounting, advertising, bill payments and administrative tasks. This program allows you to work on your own schedule, choose the projects you’re passionate about, and more than double your current income—all within a protected territory.

The math is real easy and achievable with our program.  In fact, most techs crush these metrics making income even higher. Working a typical 40 hours per week, you have the opportunity to work 2080 hours per year. If you are able to bill at least 1664 of those hours, then you will earn $160,000 per year. 

These earnings come by getting paid $70 per billable hour up front, and then 40% Profit Share Quarterly.  It is that simple. If you can be organized and efficient enough to bill approx 6 hours per work day, you'll earn $160,000 per year.  You can certainly work harder than these minimums to earn a lot more, or be very efficient and work less and still hit these numbers. 

Scheduling is up to you.  Want to work 4 days a week, fine.  Want to hustle and work 6 days a week, fine. Start early, start late, take days off, it's all up to you.  You'll certainly be held to a minimum amount of billing, but how you get there is up to you. 

Our program works by eliminating much of the unnecessary overhead present with a typical marine electronics operation.  After having offices in big markets like South Florida, Annapolis, and NJ, we've found that good techs really don't need to have a shop to report to. Good techs are able to operate autonomously and work even more efficiently than if they had to report to a central location.  If we remove this overhead, and give the bulk of the savings to the techs, then we all stand to be more profitable.   

Administrative and sales tasks are centralized from our main office.  We are super efficient at providing world class sales, and have a fully developed corporate infrastructure to handle mundain tasks like insurance, product procurement and shipping, benefits, payroll, HR, etc.  Combine this with the efficiency that the best techs in the country can achieve, and the sky is the limit on what we can do together. Eliminate waste, enable techs, and make more money with more freedom and better benefits. 

Day to day your focus is to be installing equipment on boats, not weighed down by administrative tasks.  The few tasks you'll have will be:

• Assist with discovery on future jobs to help us build estimates 
• Approve estimates that are ready to be sent to customers
• Work with our scheduling team and customers to coordinate schedule based on your availability
• Continuing to build the network in your territory to keep your schedule full 

Once a job is accepted by a customer, we'll deliver it to your queue to be scheduled, and parts will show up to you or to the customer directly.  You'll have full transparency to parts, and full access to our scheduling system to manage the job. We make it real easy. 

We have amazing territories open nationwide.  This unique approach gives our technicians equity in the territory they serve.  Your territory is handled exclusively by you.  Our territories are huge, often with a 50 mile radius giving you plenty of room to grow. If your territory has more business than you can handle, you'll have the opportunity to grow a team of technicians.

Having equity in a territory means that you have ownership in this territory and can sell it in the future when the time comes.   If you retired from your own small marine electronics business it would just close up, with no value since you were the main asset.   Equity in a territory is an absolute game changer in our industry for marine service technicians, offering a major positive impact to your net worth.

In additon to getting access to exclusive brand training and certifications, we also make a constant effort to provide our own training, as well as facilitating training with industry organizations like NMEA.  There will be no shortage of training available to make sure you are fully up to date on industry trends, processes, and new products.
