Will this work with garmin and will it mount up to the same holes as my minn Kota

This trolling motor has it's own GPS, so no need to connect it to a GPS display.  But, it is not compatible with Garmin.  Only Lowrance is compatible with Motorguide.  The holes may be the same as your Minn Kota if they used the narrow mounting pattern on your MinnKota.  Otherwise the holes are not the same.
