Question: Can the tubes on the pump be reversed and allow new oil to be pumped out of a new oil container into the engine either through the dipstick or oil cap on the valve cover.

These are only for removing the oil from the engine via the dipstick hole. It can't be reversed.

We have one by Albin, p/n
04-03-009 for $119. This is 12V and would pump in and out. It is not on our site though, you would need to call to order.
