Question: Does this allow me to hook up the one transducer to two Sounders and be able to see on either or both screens? I run a nss12 Evo 2 and a go9

No, this allows a dual channel chirp ducer to connect to both sonar ports on a single unit. Your GO and NSS units have networking, so you should be able to connect a ducer to one of them, and then use an ethernet cable to connect the units together to view network sonar.
