Question: I believe the transducer tag shows a customer part number of A80015, but it is difficult to read as it is badly smudged. It is an 11 pin connector. I want to connect the CP470 to a Axiom 12 Plus MFD.

If your B765 is already connected to your CP470 then you would not need this adapter.  This adapter converts a transducer to be compatible with a 11 Pin ducer port like the CP470.  So if you are already connected you are good to go.  You just need a Raynet cable to go from the CP470 to the Axiom.
