Question: I have a 2022 Sea Hunt BX22BR with a 200 horse Yamaha engine. It has Yamaha command link gauges, a Yamaha bus and nmea 2000 connectors. Can you please advise what is needed to connect this Yamaha engine to Garmin 1243 so engine info is displayed in Garmin unit.

If you have an open device port on your Yamaha Command Link, you can connect this cable, https://www.boemarine.com/yamaha-command-link-to-nmea2000-adapter-cable-w-existing-nmea2000-network.html, and the other end will connect to the NMEA2000 network via T-connector.
