The A80328 is an adapter cable. Not a mix and match cable.
If you go to the Transducer page on Raymarine's site they say the CP470 requires a dual element transducer. So based on that, a B175HW will not work by itself. https://www.raymarine.com/transducers/sonar-fishfinder-transducers/dual-element/
However, they do offer a splitter cable. but do not say whether you can only use one side of it. Part number of the cable is A102146.
They also offer the cable you have linked here. This seems to imply it will allow you to use a single band transdcuer on a unit like the CP470.
I will forward this question along to my Raymairne rep. If and when they get back to mne I'll report back here with info.

My rep confirmed you'll need A80328 to use a single band ducer.

We can have one drop shipped to you from Airmar. they have some right now. Would have to be at MSRP though as we get no discount on this from them. Plus shipping. You would need to call us to arrange.
