I have a 22 foot Duckworth pacific navigator aluminum boat and I am having problems with my compass
Question ID: 1275
Question: I have a 22 foot Duckworth pacific navigator aluminum boat and I am having problems with my compass getting interference from my Lowrance carbon 12 and my marine speakers. What would you suggest I do for a replacement compass? Standalone like this KBH 1000 with a remote unit I can mount away from my speakers? Or do I have other options that I can also wire into the Lowrance

This one will be a problem too since where you would mount it is affected by magnetic interference. I would suggest a heading sensor to tie into your Lowrance unit via NMEA2000. Try the Point 1 unit - https://www.boemarine.com/lowrance-point-1-gps-heading-antenna.html
