Yamaha Command Link to NMEA2000 Adapter Cable - W/Existing NMEA2000 Network
I was able to get my Yamaha engines to my Garmin with this device! However, I have not disconnected the 6Y8 Speed/ Fuel gauge because then it won't display my fuel level since my fuel sender is connected to the back of this gauge. How can I connect my fuel sender either to NMEA2000 or the back of the Yamaha Multihub Device to get fuel level? Thanks!

I have a twin F150 engine boat connected to the round CL gauges with inline hubs. The gauges consist of two tachometer gauges and one fuel gauge. I am assuming that each of the tachometer gauges go to a single engine. The question is, do I need two 3-Port Command Link hubs connected to each engine and do I need two of these cables to share data to my existing NMEA network?

I have the square digital CL gauges connecting a CL Hub that has no open ports. I understand that I’ll need to add a CL Hub to have an open port for this adapter. Can you tell me what else I’ll need to connect the two hubs, what ports to connect them and will I need caps to cap off the two open ports on the new Hub? Also, is this all I will need to have my engine data display on my Lowrance MFD?

When connecting with this cable, does the nmea power and CL power still need to be isolated? Or does the cable do it?
