We do deliver to France. We ship out immediately via United States Postal Service. Not sure on transit times, it would be similar to anything else you would get from the USA. Likely 10 days or so.

Answer:
This speaker simply needs a flat area with empty space under it to mount it. It is not specific to any brand of hot tub. If you have an area with about 16" of depth and approx 17x8 of flat area then it should fit fine.
