M232 Pan/Tilt 9Hz Marine Thermal Camera w/ JCU-3
The FLIR M232 marine thermal camera is the smallest and most affordable pan and tilt marine thermal night vision camera. Using the latest generation Boson(TM) thermal core, the M232 lets boaters see at night in 320 x 240 thermal resolution and also features 2x digital zoom. When the M232 is combined with a Raymarine Axiom MFD, FLIR’s ClearCruise™ intelligent thermal analytics technology offer boaters an entirely new level of awareness and safety. The M232 also uses IP video technology and simplifies installation by eliminating extra video signal cables. The M232 offers features 2X digital zoom capability.

I recommend using one of the newer 8600 series screens. We have seen some customers have trouble trying to integrate a newer FLIR camera to a 7600 series. Usually resolved, but it seems it will not be as well supported as the 8600.

Good Morning, I’m looking up grade my electronics, I currently have Ray Marine 1-e80 2-e120 units & 48” radar, simrad auto pilot 2008/10 vintage, I believe the e120s are 2010 units
I have a Garmin 8212 unit, purchase from BOE, never installed
Looking to use the 8212, and adding, 2 new 16” unit, FLIP unit, I’m told i will need a new radar 48” unit,
Interested in having forward and side scanning also,
Suggestion please, and pricing

Your Raymarine radar will certainly not be compatible with the Garmin displays, so you willl need to get a new radar. Any size will be fine, does not necessarily need to be a 48" array. A 48" array will have significantly better performance than a dome though. I will have our sales dept follow up with you for package pricing.
