Question:
Airmar trasducer
hi, what is the difference between airmar R509-LH and R109-LH? best regards Salvo Spina
Answer:
The R509 is an upgrade from the R109. It has more ceramic elements. The R509 is larger. Otherwise they are both CHIRP, and share similar frequencies and cone angles. If you have a 3kW sounder then R509 can use all the power. The R109 is only 2kW.
