Q - Are your products new with warranty?
A - Yes, we are
an authorized dealer for all of the products we carry. All products are
new and carry the manufacturers warranty. From time to time we will sell
demo or remanufactured products but they are clearly labeled as such.
Q - Why are your prices so cheap?
A - In reality our prices are
competitive, but not cheap. We try to maintain the absolute lowest prices
on the internet while still keeping the doors open. Sometimes a competitor
will beat us. If you find lower prices just let us know and we'll do our
best to match them.
Q - Do you ship internationally?
A - At this time we only ship to the
USA
Q - Are there extra charges for shipping to HI and AK?
A - In most
cases there is an additional $20 surcharge on top of the shipping calculated on
teh website for orders to HI and AK. Please call us for a
quote.
