Brokerage. As such, we are very well established in the Yacht
Brokerage market. We really do have something to offer just about any

- FLEX Plan - 3% Sales Commission - seller shows own boat
- MLS Plan - Industry standard commission - we show the
boat
- Buyers Broker - for a select few clients we will work
diligently to find you the right boat.
Our listings
are advertised on all the major boating websites as well as in print throughout
the Mid-Atlantic. We utilize very sophisticated tools to keep track of
inquiries and follow up accordingly. We attend major Mid-Atlantic boat
shows annually. We are licensed, bonded and insured in accordance with
industry best practices.
