  • Standard Horizon supplies the HX370S with a 1400mAh Nickel Metal Hydride battery that will last over 18 hours (5/5/90 duty cycle) when transmitting at 5W. Also included is a waterproof alkaline battery tray, 12VDC Charger, 110VAC changer and a desktop drop-in cradle to charge the radio on shore or on your boat. Additionally, an easy to see battery life indicator on the LCD warns you when the battery needs recharging. The HX370S is capable of using optional speaker microphones, headset, and voice scrambler for those that want secure communications.

  • The HX370S has the capability to be programmed to scan any number of channels with other without priority to channel 16 also includes Ch16 Dual Watch and NOAA Weather alert. The PRESET key allows you to easy recall 8 of your most used channels. An oversized LCD has channel names to inform you of the use of each selected channel. The high intensity strobe light emits the internationally recognized SOS signal that can be seen over 1 mile away at night...another Standard Horizon first!
  
  VHF Marine and Dealer Programmable LMR channels
  
  • The HX370S is factory programmed with all USA, Canadian and International and NOAA Weather channels. It also has the capability to be programmed 40 Land Mobile Radio (LMR) channels with CTCSS or DCS signaling by a Standard Horizon dealer. These channels do require the appropriate FCC license.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. We understand that purchasing on-line is sometimes difficult without being able to touch and feel the product. Because of this, we offer several return options to insure your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one.

To request a RMA (return authorization number):

Email Us to request a RMA or use the form at the bottom of our Contact Us page to create a support ticket. After you request a RMA, please sit tight and we will send you return instructions by e-mail.

We offer the following return options:

• Returns will not be accepted without a RMA (return authorization number).
• Returns due to our error or on products that are defective from the manufacturer will gladly be returned or exchanged at no cost.
• Items may be returned for a refund (less shipping) within 30 days from when you received your shipment.* The item must be in new, resaleable, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• A 15% processing fee will apply to all returns that are in un-saleable condition, or do not include the original packaging (boxes, labels, tags, etc.).
• Products being returned must be shipped freight pre-paid; no COD's. (If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.)
• Shipments refused by the customer are subject to a 15% processing fee. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• If your order originally qualified for and was shipped free, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount if the return causes your order total to drop below the required minimum for free shipping.
• Refunds must be issued to the original payment method used. If the original payment method is not available, a store credit will be issued.

We do not accept returns on:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, used, or is missing parts.
• Special order, closeout, or discontinued products.
• Software and Cartography
• Liferafts

Guarantees and Warranties:

BOE Marine will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for 30 days. After 30 days defective products should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair. We will always do everything in our power to take care of the problem regardless of when purchased.
