Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. We understand that purchasing on-line is sometimes difficult without being able to touch and feel the product. Because of this, we offer several return options to insure your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one.

To request a RMA (return authorization number):

Email Us to request a RMA or use the form at the bottom of our Contact Us page to create a support ticket. After you request a RMA, please sit tight and we will send you return instructions by e-mail.

We offer the following return options:

• Returns will not be accepted without a RMA (return authorization number).
• Returns due to our error or on products that are defective from the manufacturer will gladly be returned or exchanged at no cost.
• Items may be returned for a refund (less shipping) within 30 days from when you received your shipment.* The item must be in new, resaleable, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• A 15% processing fee will apply to all returns that are in un-saleable condition, or do not include the original packaging (boxes, labels, tags, etc.).
• Products being returned must be shipped freight pre-paid; no COD's. (If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.)
• Shipments refused by the customer are subject to a 15% processing fee. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• If your order originally qualified for and was shipped free, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount if the return causes your order total to drop below the required minimum for free shipping.
• Refunds must be issued to the original payment method used. If the original payment method is not available, a store credit will be issued.

We do not accept returns on:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, used, or is missing parts.
• Special order, closeout, or discontinued products.
• Software and Cartography
• Liferafts

Guarantees and Warranties:

BOE Marine will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for 30 days. After 30 days defective products should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair. We will always do everything in our power to take care of the problem regardless of when purchased.

HDS Multifunctions Displays - What you need to know

 

• Lowrance has introduced a whole new line of multifunction displays called HDS. These displays all have essentially identical features, the only thing that changes is the screen size across the line-up. HDS Displays are available in 5", 7", 8" and 10".  The 8" and 10" add soft keys under the screen, a touch sensitive scroll wheel, and the ability to split the screen into 4 windows. 
• HDS Displays are capable of Fishfinder, Chartplotter, Radar, Side Imaging, Satellite Weather and Networking (additional components required to enable some features).
• All displays feature an internal GPS Antenna, an external antenna called the LGC-4000 is optionally available.
• These displays come preloaded with 4 different chart sets, they are -
  • BASE - This is a generic basemap of the world - a chart card will be required for Navigation
  • LAKE INSIGHT - High Detail Charts for Inland Lakes of the USA
  • NAUTIC INSIGHT - High Detail Charts for USA Tidal Waters
  • INSIGHT USA - Includes both Lake and Nautic Insight Charts
• All units can Optionally use Navionics Gold or Platinum Plus Charts, as well as Hotmaps.
• HDS units feature a state of the art broadband sounder (Fishfinder) technology making these one of the best Fishfinders on the Market. All units include the fishfinder built-in except those with a "M" at the end of the model #, such as the HDS-5M.
• HDS Units are NMEA2000 as well as NMEA0183 compatible making them the perfect partner for any NMEA2000 device on the market.
• Some HDS units also come pre-packaged with transducers. Available Transducers are single frequency or dual frequency. Single frequency ducers show up in the product description as 83/200 and are ideal if you fish primarily in water less than 150'-200'. Dual frequency ducers show up in the description as 50/200 and are better suited for deep water and offshore. Any pre-packaged ducer will be 600W, however 1kW ducers are optionally available.
