The M-Series gimbal re-defines maritime multi-sensor system design, drawing on FLIR's 25 years of experience in building combat-proven airborne and maritime thermal imagers for militaries, Coast Guards, and governmental agencies around the world. If you want to use a tougher, better-performing FLIR, you'll have to join the Special Forces.

M-Series Control Unit
The M-Series controller is simple to use, provides precise system control, and lets users access all of the important camera functions with push-button controls.

Controller functions include:

• Heated LCD screen - Instantly displays system status.
  
• User-programmable "hot key" for commonly used functions.
  
• Scene selection allows the operator to optimize the system's performance for specific situations - Night Running, Day Running, Night Docking, and Man Overboard.
  
• User-selectable color palettes change the video display mode for easier viewing based on operator preference.
  
• User-programmable Home button allows the operator to point the gimbal to pre-defined position with the push of a button.
  
• Precision proportional pointing control is provided through a custom, sealed, 8-way iDrive style control knob.
  
• Backlit for easy nighttime readability; the sealed buttons are easy to see and provide positive tactile feedback.
  
• The controller is fully sealed for survival in a maritime environment, and meets IPx6 standards.
  
• Install as many control stations around your vessel as you want, thanks to the system's easy Ethernet connectivity.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. We understand that purchasing on-line is sometimes difficult without being able to touch and feel the product. Because of this, we offer several return options to insure your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one.

To request a RMA (return authorization number):

Email Us to request a RMA or use the form at the bottom of our Contact Us page to create a support ticket. After you request a RMA, please sit tight and we will send you return instructions by e-mail.

We offer the following return options:

• Returns will not be accepted without a RMA (return authorization number).
• Returns due to our error or on products that are defective from the manufacturer will gladly be returned or exchanged at no cost.
• Items may be returned for a refund (less shipping) within 30 days from when you received your shipment.* The item must be in new, resaleable, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• A 15% processing fee will apply to all returns that are in un-saleable condition, or do not include the original packaging (boxes, labels, tags, etc.).
• Products being returned must be shipped freight pre-paid; no COD's. (If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.)
• Shipments refused by the customer are subject to a 15% processing fee. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• If your order originally qualified for and was shipped free, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount if the return causes your order total to drop below the required minimum for free shipping.
• Refunds must be issued to the original payment method used. If the original payment method is not available, a store credit will be issued.

We do not accept returns on:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, used, or is missing parts.
• Special order, closeout, or discontinued products.
• Software and Cartography
• Liferafts

Guarantees and Warranties:

BOE Marine will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for 30 days. After 30 days defective products should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair. We will always do everything in our power to take care of the problem regardless of when purchased.
